Most box cake mixes are between 16 and 18 ounces and I’ve make these exact recipes with many that have all turned out amazing! If you want to roll out cookies you may want to refrigerate the doughfor about an hour. You can use a spoon and do a drop cookie too. We always use a preheated oven. We allow our cookies to sit on a cookie sheet for about 5 minutes and then wetransfer our cookies on a wire rack for them to cool completed when they are done.
I wanted to give you each different cake mix cookies recipe variations because I think they all taste amazing! It’s good to know them all just in case you have only certain ingredients on hand too. I personalfavorite isrecipe variation #1 but there are times when I’ve used the others too. For example, the cream cheese recipe goes really well with a chocolate cake mix so I might use that one instead.
